Post Happy New Year.
Sorry, but it had to be done and I figured, since my country gets to see in the New Year first and its my birthday, I might as well be the one to say it first.

Happy New Year.

I remember at the end of last year writing on the board saying what a great year it was. I tells ya, I am so glad to see the ass end of this year.

I hope it was better for you guys but I, for one, will be giving the back door of this year a big finger and shouting loudly "PULL IT, BITCH"
Then a fart will come and gas shalt be sprayeth'd and a quiet attainment shall be rendered.

Bring on the goodness pie, New Year!

Fuckin' A, Avast Ye. Fuckin' Ay.

I love and dread 2005. I'm going to be finally out of high school, but if I don't get into CalArts, I'm probably going to be sitting on my ass for the next school year.

I wish to all of you a wunderbar Earth passage around the Sun. I also wish I was a flying frog. Oh, and a Nine Inch Nails album would be nice too.

Is Neil Gaiman supposed to do anything interesting in 2005?

Surviving 2004, safely accomplished. My next mission: keeping my New Year resolutions for more than a week.

You guys have any resolutions?

I spent my NYE in Lennox Head, surrounded by teenagers trying to out drink one another, too many girls in those horrible rah-rah skirt revivals, and then some girls teased me about my striped stockings, so I called them tramps and threw my empty bottle at them. Bit of a walking contradiction there, ME calling someone else a tramp...
I did everything you're meant to do on NYE, including getting royally trashed, making friends with strangers and being best friends until I looked in the other direction, scoring, talking shit.
One of the highlights would have been a lady selling leis, and said to me "Now tell the truth, you just wanna get lei'd". I tried to say "are you offering?" but I was fairly trashed and giggling at the time, so results varied. I fell even more in love, I kicked the shit out of a guy in my group of friends because he pushed me off a swing, and I almost got hit in the head by some firework shells, as they were being set off absolutely everywhere.
It was a fucking perfect night. Even though I hate Lennox Head with a passion.

I resolved to start smoking.

"I'll take up smoking, and then give that up!!"

But then I didn't do it after all, I just can't stand cigarettes.

The only thing worse than cigarettes is when a bunch of wannabe-depressed 16-year-olds hang around you, smoking, and then you go home smelling like smoke.

Or when people steal your doughnut holes, but that doesn't really relate.

Resolutions? I hardly remember what they are after a week, so they're pointless for me. Though I would like to keep track of what I eat a bit more-- not in attempt to lose weight, but just keep the weight I have. Ever since I got a car I've been eating out more, and I've been gaining weight and getting lots of stomachaches. But everyone knows that resolutions like that never work, so whatever.

I don't care much for cigarettes, but if it comes to smoking in general, I prefer cloves. I probably don't even inhale correctly, but hey, I'm not addicted, so it's okay.

Resolution: (was)...To eat when I am hungry and stop when comfortable and to work-out everyday. I broke it, I sat on my fat ass and ate nachos composed of stale chips.
